As a Soybean Extension Specialist, my goal is to enhance the profitable production of soybean in a sustainable (social, environmental, and economical) manner. To accomplish this, my program is evaluating soybean agronomics to develop informed management recommendations, evaluating inputs and practices to increase soybean yields, and evaluating doublecrop soybean systems to increase year-long system productivities. The emphasis of my program is the integration of applied field research and extension activities. I pledge to deliver thorough, unbiased results to Illinois soybean producers in a timely manner and improve upon the body of scientific crop production literature.
